• 01 block is equivalent to a maximum of 03 continuous hours of service usage before the departure time. In case the customer uses the service beyond the maximum of 03 continuous hours before the departure time, or when the flight is delayed/postponed/canceled and the customer wishes to continue using the service:

- Every 03 overtime hours is equivalent to 01 Overtime block.

- Any usage of less than 03 hours is rounded up to 01 Overtime block.
