In case the customer uses the service beyond the maximum of 03 continuous hours before the departure time, or when the flight is delayed/postponed/canceled and the customer wishes to continue using the service:

- Every 03 overtime hours is equivalent to 01 Overtime block.

- Any usage of less than 03 hours is rounded up to 01 Overtime block.
